Private Offices, Studios, Flex Space
Create the environment that works best for you at the Norwood Space Center with private offices and studios ranging in size from 250 square feet to 600 square feet, fully furnished and WIFI. Combine your office space with our warehouse, or self-storage spaces to better manage customer, delivery, packing and shipping needs.
Larger flex, office, studio, and retail spaces range in size from 1,600 square feet to 20,000 square feet, subdividable, located in a cool mill building setting with high ceilings, large windows, and heat and AC. All Norwood Space Center members have use of the café, meeting areas, conference rooms, and WIFI.
Artist Studios
Join SoNo Arts with a private, or semi-private artist studio ranging in size from 200 square feet to 600 square feet. SoNo Arts represents the artist community within the Norwood Space Center and advocates artistic and cultural exchange by facilitating dialog, exhibits, and events in collaboration with the South Norwood (SoNo) district and surrounding communities. Studios are in a cool mill building setting with high ceilings, large skylights, windows, heat, and AC. Artists have use of the janitorial sink for cleaning brushes, café, meeting areas, conference rooms, and WIFI.
Warehouse And Storage Spaces
Building 10 is a subdividable 17,000 square foot cool brick and beam warehouse and storage building with heat, 15-foot clear ceiling height, ample natural light, and overhead door with at grade loading. All members have free use of the common WiFi, restrooms, café and lounge, conference rooms, and on-site parking.
Flexible units available from 500 to 3,000 square feet to store your goods and equipment. Combine the warehouse space with a private office or coworking membership in the adjacent office buildings.
Self Storage Space
Norwood Space Center’s Planet Self Storage offers 500 storage units in a climate-controlled environment with new lighting, heat and dehumidification. Self storage is perfect storage solution for every need because of the variety of unit sizes, you can fit just about anything- a few extra boxes, a furnished bedroom, or space for an entire office or house. Combine self storage space with private office or studio space to better manage product and equipment needs. Norwood Space Center members get 10% off on self storage units.
