Norwood Space Center is a mixed-use development that will allow tenants to work, play and live in a single location. The Town of Norwood approved a change in zoning to give the Norwood Space Center the right to add multi-family residential units on our 18-acre site. We are preparing conceptual construction plans for submission to the Norwood Planning Board in 2023 with a goal to obtain permits and start construction of the residential project in 2024. The planned building includes additional parking under approximately 145 luxury apartment units with 20% affordable. Stay tuned.
