Artist Studios
Welcome to SONO ARTS, the Creative Arts Community at NSC. It’s where painters, photographers, soap makers, textile artists, clothing designers, musicians, digital artists, illustrators, and mixed media creators all collide to create something bigger than themselves. From handmade goods to fresh beats, from woven rugs to vibrant canvases, this is where artistry, community, and collaboration thrive.
Artist Studios
Artist Studios are located on the first floor in building 6. Three semi-private studios are available for lease averaging 200 square feet. Building was recently renovated, and studios are move-in condition. Common kitchen, lounge and conference rooms are available free of charge.
Rent includes everything, Wi-Fi and use of sink to clean brushes.
Breakout Artists Studios
Solo Private Studio
Solo private artist studios from approximately 200–400 sq. ft. Studios are move-in ready and feature open ceilings, beautiful natural light from skylights, heat & A/C, free Wi-Fi, parking, and access to a janitorial sink for cleaning brushes.
Members also enjoy our common kitchen/café, lounge and conference rooms, plus marketing support and opportunities to participate in NSC events, including our popular property-wide event & SoNo Open Studios, attracting over 2,000 visitors.
Shared Semi-Private Studio
Shared semi-private artist studios are approximately 200 sq. ft., with each artist sharing the larger studio space with two other studio mates. Studios are move-in ready and feature open ceilings, beautiful natural light from skylights, heat & A/C, free Wi-Fi, parking, and access to a janitorial sink for cleaning brushes.
Members also enjoy our common kitchen/café, lounge and conference rooms, plus marketing support and opportunities to participate in NSC events, including our popular property-wide event & SoNo Open Studios, attracting over 2,000 visitors.
