Who’s familiar with this Norwood mainstay?

Constructed by the Premier Theatre Company in 1926 and 1927, the Norwood Theatre was designed by Norwood native William G. Upham, whose portfolio also featured the old Norwood High School. Its architecture is an adaptation of 20th-century Spanish Romanesque, displaying strong ties to the Gothic style of the Town Hall and the surrounding churches.

The theatre has been fully restored and hosts frequent shows and events. Click here for the August calendar: https://norwoodstage.com/shows-events.

We love our town, so full of history and gorgeously-restored historic buildings β€” like the Space Center!
