Jeffrey Ellse is a contemporary artist whose work explores how his personal interests, influences, and intuition intersect. Ellse’s  compositions often feature layered gradients, dynamic mark-making, and a recurring ribbon-like form that suggest movement and connection.
He is currently working on a body of work in response to/influenced by the story “The Seven Beggars” authored in the early 18th century by Rebbe Nachman of Breslov.
